As part of the conference, the Frozen Commons (FC) team gathered on December 19, 2025, for a short in-person check-in. Team members exchanged updates from recent community visits and discussed priorities for the year ahead, including planning and scheduling fieldwork, ongoing work with communities, and the progress of project publications.
